A graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law, Attorney Tara R. Parker earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree in 2012. She continued her education at the University of Michigan, in Flint, graduating in 2015, with an MA Degree in Public Administration. Attorney Tara R. Parker opened her law practice in Flint, MI, in 2015. She is an active member of the Genesee County and Ingham County Bar Associations.
